Prayer asking you to step out to serve

Dear Savior of my Soul,
I ask you to touch every person reading this message. May they decide to step out and serve you. May they think beyond themselves and realize that as Christians, we are called to serve and introduce the people around us to you. Thank you for asking me to do my part only since I am not in charge of saving anyone because that’s your job. I am only called to encourage and to love others and to share my gifts with them. I love you Father. I ask that you give all those reading this message an extra measure of belief so they can leave the comfort of the comfort zone to make an eternal difference for those who don’t know you. I ask this in the mighty name of precious Jesus Christ. Amen.

Prayer to thank God for opening my heart

As I sit here weeping because I’ve just realized how you speak directly to me through your Word, I’m in awe of your love, majesty and power! Thank you that you’ve opened up the Scriptures to me – Your not-so-perfect daughter! You know my heart and you know my struggles! Please forgive my hardened heart and help me to be a better daughter!
Please oh God, don’t ever let me not use my spiritual gifts even when I’m in the middle of dealing with my own issues. Let me be obedient dear Father because the things I deal with are not bigger than anyone else’s struggles! Don’t allow me to be selfish! Help me be effective in my ministry to encourage those you put in my path and especially those who don’t believe You exist.
Thank you for touching my life and transforming it in a huge way. I appreciate you F-a-t-h-e-r! I can hardly wait for eternity!Meanwhile, please help me fulfill Your purpose for me in a big God-Hug-kind of way!

National Day of Prayer

Dear Father,
Please allow Your nature to flow through all of us. We are in need of your love and mercy. I ask that you allow us to be more God-seeking than self-seeking so that others want to join your Kingdom. Please help us use our gifts and abilities to introduce your loving kindness to those who are living in silent desperation. Please help us to tune in to all those souls around us who need you! We need you every hour and every minute of our existence on Earth. We love you Holy Father! Everything we ask is in the name of Jesus who gave His life for us. Amen!

Dear Father,
Thank you for the privilege of knowing my Pastor (or missionary, etc). I am asking You to please strengthen, protect and bless her as she moves to her next ministry assignment. Thank you for giving her the personal peace that only You can give as she starts on this new journey.You have given her a new boldness and courage as she embarks on the next phase of her life in service to You. She has left a beautiful footprint in our hearts. Take care of her, Beloved God. Let her remember that her Church family will always love her. I pray this in the powerful name of your son, Jesus Christ. Amen!

When I start to feel the fear:
1. Father I remember what you have done in my life so far
2. I remember your character – You are faithful when I call you!
3. I remember your promises; help me wait on your timing
4. I remember your actions; You fed thousands with seven loaves of bread and a few fish (Mark 8:1-9) ; You raised people from the dead (think Lazarus) and cured countless others (Mark 6:53-50).
You still performs miracles!

Dearest Father,
Today I thank you for the way you’ve always held my child in your arms even when I was a looney tune. I ask you to do the same for all graduates who are stepping into the next phase of their lives. Please guide them to make wise choices. I also ask that you give all of us – the parents – the wisdom to let our children go and to trust You to guide their paths. Dear Father,
Thank you for giving me the knowledge and the courage to understand my journey and how it impacts others! Even though my heart is sad that my child will be leaving to start her college life, I have a huge ministry to handle for you! You have been preparing me for the next phase of my life. Dear Father,
I come to you on behalf of my family, friends and the people who read this note to ask for your tender touch in healing their needs – whatever they are. Some of us need physical or emotional healing; others may be dealing with loneliness, financial, addiction, work or marriage stresses. Whatever the need is Beloved Lord, I ask that you allow us to open our hearts to You and ask for help. For so many years I couldn’t believe that You cared – but you do! Prayers for seasons of life

Dear Father,

I come to you on behalf of your children who need your tender touch during this season of their lives. You have promised that you would give us rest when we give you our burdens (Matthew 11:28).
God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). I am claiming your words for a young student, a grieving daughter, a daughter who lost her job, a daughter who started a new business, your son who was hurt in a car accident and all who need to feel your powerful presence at this critical time in their lives.

I claim confidence for your young daughter and in her ability to pass the test.

I claim comfort for my sister and her family during this difficult time. Allow her to let You hold her so she can feel your strength and peace.

I claim discernment for my sisters so they can trust you enough to take hold of your promises as they step forward to find work to help them through this period. I ask that you put opportunities and people before them. Give them discernment to know when you are working through others to help them. I ask that you bless my sister's new company so that she can, in turn, bless others with her gifts and talents.

Father, I claim healing for your son who was involved in an automobile accident last night. I boldly ask You for complete healing to his body and peace for his family.

The LORD is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him– Lamentations 3:25
